The activities will be led by Gian Randev (Ryan), a world-famous American instructor deeply committed to both practicing and teaching Kundalini yoga. Ryan is a devoted follower of Yogi Bhajan, renowned for introducing Kundalini yoga from India to the Western world. He is also a direct disciple of Tej Khaur Khalsa. Gian brings a wealth of experience and authenticity to the practice, emphasizing not only the physical aspects but also how individuals in today’s fast-paced world can lead fulfilling lives even amidst the challenges of daily stress.
Ryan will present spirituality authentically yet in a way that is easily accessible to people in the modern era. Under his guidance, the practices are conducted in clear and understandable (basic) English.
This is a truly spiritual retreat which combines the bests of traditional yoga retreats, meditation retreats and detox retreats.
Complete beginners are just as welcome as experienced yogis. Skills does not matter! 🙂
The workshops are open to older and younger people of all ages and genders.
For the air-conditioned dome, we recommend comfortable clothing in which you can move freely. Leggings and a comfortable T-shirt are perfect for ladies. Bare feet (or socks) are required for sessions, but you may want to bring slippers to help you move easily between the changing rooms, the dome, and the restaurant.
The American instructor will conduct the sessions in easily accessible English (basic English knowledge), which will be interpreted into Hungarian.
