On your first day you can gain insight into the basics of the retreat, get to know the instructors and familiarize yourself with the fundamental practices that the rest of the workshops will be built on.

Welcome and Introduction Class Kundalini Yoga Theory We start the morning with the fundamentals of the exercises, on which the rest of the day is based. The first-day workshop is more introductory and theoretical and as we progress to the end of the week the classes transition more to practical.

Tea Break

Morning Kundalini Yoga We practice a different kriya and meditation every morning. The emphasis is on the flow of kriya. A kriya is a series of specific exercises and meditations. Posture often lasted for a considerable period of time, to the point where the mind surrenders and gives way to inner wisdom. Kriya is followed by relaxation and usually meditation. Each kriya and meditation has a specific purpose and effect.

Tea Break

Theoretical Lecture Each day we discuss the most frequently used mantras in Kundalini practice. Mantra is a syllable or word, which helps the mind to focus  and it elevates consciousness through its meaning, the sound itself, the rhythm, the tone, and the reflexology of the tongue in the palate.

Mantra and meditation During the class, a combination of different hand postures, mantras and meditations have a positive effect on the subconscious, allowing it to release limiting beliefs and patterns that would otherwise be inaccessible.

Lunch

Afternoon Kundalini Yoga Practicing each day a specific kriya, with effective and powerful exercises, complemented by pranayama, meditation and mantra. These are all a helpful tool to get out of your daily routine.

Tea Break

Gong & Mantra Meditation Become familiar with a chosen mantra and meditation, which deepens the daily experience on the journey of consciousness. We end the day with a well deserved gong relaxation, releasing anything that holds us back from living our lives from the heart, being ourselves in everyday life.

They emphasize not only the physical aspects but also how individuals in today’s fast-paced world can lead fulfilling lives even amidst the challenges of daily stress. Our retreat is one of a kind in Europe which combines the best of traditional yoga retreats, meditation retreats and detox retreats as well.

Practitioners often report increased intuition and greater trust in their intuition. This can be a valuable tool in making informed business decisions.

Complete beginners are just as welcome as experienced yogis. Skills does not matter! 🙂

The workshops are open to older and younger people from 14 years of ages and all genders.

For the air-conditioned dome, we recommend comfortable clothing in which you can move freely. Leggings and a comfortable T-shirt are perfect for ladies. Bare feet (or socks) are required for sessions, but you may want to bring slippers to help you move easily between the changing rooms, the dome, and the restaurant.

The American instructor will conduct the sessions in easily accessible English (basic English knowledge), which will be interpreted into Hungarian.
