Privacy Policy

Pertaining to the processing of personal data in connection with the WHITE TANTRIC YOGA® event

Please read the following privacy policy carefully. The organizer of the event, Humanology and Health Science, Inc. processes personal data in connection with the organization of the event and for sending newsletters. In this context, Normawood Kft. serves as the processor of the event organizer. However, in the course of the registration for the event, data subjects may also subscribe to the newsletters sent by Normawood Kft., where Normawood Kft. acts as the controller. Both entities have their own detailed privacy policy, which sets out the full characteristics of the processing activities, as well as the contact details and the data subject rights. The present privacy policy sets out the mail characteristics of the processing activities related to the organization of the event and the links to the privacy policies of the entities.

1. Normawood Kft. (registered office: 1121 Budapest, Kopp Mária sétány 8.; company registration number: 01-09- 880180; VAT number: 10437340-2-43), as Processor collects the data submitted by the data subject in the course of the registration to the event and forwards such data to Humanology and Health Science, Inc. (registered office: 1945 Preuss Rd, Los Angeles, CA 90034, United States of America; EIN: 95-4383228).

Purposes of, and grounds for, processing:

• to facilitate registration for and attendance at the events organized by the Controller (in this case, the ground for processing is the conclusion and performance of the contract between the Controller and the data subject pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of GDPR); and

• to authenticate subscription to the mailing lists of the Controller and to provide information about the services
  of the Controller (in this case the ground for processing is the consent of the data subject pursuant to Article
  6(1)(a) of GDPR). The data subject shall be entitled to revoke their consent to the processing of personal data
  at any time, but the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing prior to the
  withdrawal of consent.

The data processing agreement between the Processor and the Controller contains the standard contractual clauses adopted by the Commission of the European Union in order to ensure the lawfulness of the forwarding of personal data between the Hungary-based Processor and the US-based Controller.

2. Based on the consent of the data subject, Normawood Kft., as Controller, processes the name and e-mail address provided by the data subject in the course of the registration for the event for the purpose of sending newsletters.

The newsletters are intended to promote the services provided by the Controller and Normafa Center and to introduce new services (marketing communications).

Subscription to the newsletter is not a condition for using the services of Normafa Center. The data subject is free to withdraw their consent at any time, either by sending an unsubscribe e-mail to the e-mail address included in the newsletter or by sending an e-mail to the Data Protection Officer’s e-mail address or by using an unsubscribe link. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing prior to the withdrawal of consent.

The ground for processing is the consent of the data subject pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of GDPR.

Duration of the processing: until the withdrawal of the consent of the data subject.
