📅 October 23, 2025 – Thursday | JAPAN
The marathon begins with the spirit of Japan, welcomed by delightful bites. On the opening day, enjoy 3 sauna programs plus an optional activity, rounded off with a dinner to make the day complete. (1:00 PM – 9:00 PM)

📅 October 24, 2025 – Friday | INDIA
Day two takes you to India with 4 body- and soul-warming infusions. Between the sessions, immerse yourself in a sound bath experience. And there’s no need to rush home afterwards – the evening ends with a delicious dinner. (1:00 PM – 9:00 PM)

📅 October 25, 2025 – Saturday | EUROPE
On Saturday, embark on a true European journey: 4 sauna rituals blending the charm of Italian culture with the French Mediterranean vibe. A fine dinner completes the experience. (2:00 PM – 9:00 PM)

📅 October 26, 2025 – Sunday | AMERICA
The grand finale brings a taste of America – 4 unique sessions infused with the continent’s cultural diversity. The marathon closes with a fantastic dinner. (2:00 PM – 9:00 PM)

• Please bring your electronic confirmation and ID.
• Wear your wristband, received at entry, throughout the day.
• Sauna programs are clothing-free; sauna sheets and towels are provided.
• Outside the sauna, uncovered nudity is not permitted.
• Don’t forget to bring your bathrobe.
• For optional programs, bring comfortable clothing. For meals: smart casual attire is recommended.
