Choose from two of the following unique yoga classes:

Hot Yoga (Bikram room, max 20 people) – a sweaty, detoxifying experience
Hot Pilates (Bikram room, max 20 people) – focused on strengthening, toning, and boosting your heart rate
Yin Yoga (Bikram room, max 15 people) – a slow-paced yoga style
Yoga Flow (Yoga room, max 15 people) – light, flowing movements
Kundalini Yoga (max 40 people) – energizing and spiritual practice

From 10:30, enjoy a fantastic vegan and vegetarian brunch featuring fresh, seasonal breakfast and lunch dishes, complemented by a glass of prosecco—alcoholic or non-alcoholic.

For the perfect wind-down, enjoy full access to our wellness area until 14:30, including the panoramic sauna, outdoor jacuzzi, relaxation areas, and peaceful surroundings.

Kundalini Basics – 60 min
An introduction to Kundalini Yoga with a focus on foundational practices, mantra tuning, warm-ups, breath techniques, and energy locks.

Kundalini Yoga – 90 min
One of the most powerful methods for rapid inner development and soul connection. The session begins with a mantra, followed by kriya—a series of long-held postures, repetitive movements, mantras, and meditations to positively stimulate the subconscious. Each class includes a kriya and concludes with relaxation and meditation focused on a specific intention.

Yoga Flow – 60 min
A dynamic Vinyasa-style practice emphasizing the harmony of breath and movement. Students flow from one pose to the next in a smooth sequence. Open-level class tailored to the day’s theme.

Yin Yoga – 60 min
A slow-paced practice incorporating principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, featuring poses held for extended periods (often 5+ minutes for advanced practitioners), focusing on deep tissue release and stillness.

Hot Pilates – 60 min
A full-body, high-intensity yet low-impact workout based on Pilates principles. Designed to strengthen muscles without the strain of traditional high-impact training. Practiced in a heated room for an intense, detoxifying sweat session.

Bikram/Hot Yoga – 90 min
A dynamic yoga session in a heated room (typically 35–40°C). The heat aids muscle relaxation, boosts sweat, and supports detoxification. Physically challenging, yet deeply calming and excellent for flexibility and endurance.
