During her international career, she discovered how yoga creates balance between professional challenges and inner peace. Since 2002, her practice has embraced diverse traditions, all leading to one truth: true wellbeing arises from the harmony of body, mind, and soul.
Edit’s philosophy: “Be to Be” – accepting what is, cooperating with the intelligence of life, and living with a loving presence. Kundalini yoga has become an integral part of her life, teaching her to hold space for both knowledge and not-knowing.
Professional background: Her continuous practice and extensive studies in Hatha yoga, yoga therapy, women’s and children’s yoga, Ayurveda, Kundalini yoga, as well as the world of mantras, sounds, vibrations, and healing practices, enable her to support others in discovering their own inner balance with this holistic toolkit.
