The marathon begins with the spirit of Japan, welcomed by delightful bites. On the opening day, enjoy 3 sauna programs plus an optional activity, rounded off with a dinner to make the day complete. (1:00 PM – 9:00 PM)

Day two takes you to India with 4 body- and soul-warming infusions. Between the sessions, immerse yourself in a sound bath experience. And there’s no need to rush home afterwards – the evening ends with a delicious dinner. (1:00 PM – 9:00 PM)

The day ticket price includes dinner, tea, water, and refreshments during the programs, as well as the use of the cold plunge pool and the large heated jacuzzi.

• Wear your wristband, received at entry, throughout the day.
• Sauna programs are clothing-free; sauna sheets are provided.
• Outside the sauna, uncovered nudity is not permitted.
• Don’t forget to bring your bathrobe and towels.
• For optional programs, bring comfortable clothing and for meals the smart casual attire is recommended.
