We are committed to sharing the positive energy of our spiritual classes with as many people as possible, so for these events, one participant can bring along a companion at no extra cost.

Through this moving meditation every morning, which involves harmonizing movement and breath, activating energy locks (bandhas), and focusing the gaze, we can incorporate a powerful concentration practice into our daily lives to become healthier, more balanced, and more vital.

The yoga poses (asanas) follow a set sequence, which, by memorising, allows the practitioner to gain deeper inner experience without having to listen to the teacher’s instructions, and a state of meditation is easily achieved. The poses and the so-called Vinyasas strengthen and relax the body while building strength and flexibility harmoniously at the same time.

Half-Led: A traditional Sanskrit Vinyasa counting guided class in which students simultaneously begin and practice the sequence according to the teacher’s verbal instructions up to Navasana (boat pose), with appropriate modifications and assistance as needed.

Mysore Style practice: Traditionally practiced in the Mysore style, Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga allows the practitioner to practice deep introspection, focus, and meditation. Each practitioner knows by heart the part of the sequence they have already been taught and practices it independently. The instructor does not lead the class with a continuous count but gives space for the students’ inner physical and mental processes and only supports them by their presence. Pupils are free to join in at any time during the lesson and practice the sequence as far as the teacher has taught them. This style allows complete beginner, advanced, and seasoned practitioners to be in the same space, lifting each other up, inspiring each other, and gaining support from the energy of the group. Through the asanas, students also learn openness, enthusiasm, dedication, and humility.
